苏媛媛 副教授 硕士生导师

研究领域:荧光纳米材料的生物医学成像应用、纳米毒理学与安全性研究、基于硅基纳米技术的肿瘤诊断治疗研究。

学术贡献:

1、探索以荧光硅纳米颗粒为代表的荧光纳米材料在生物医学成像领域的应用,初步实现对细胞亚结构的长程成像,及对肿瘤细胞的靶向标记;


2、发展了基于硅纳米结构的肿瘤治疗试剂,用于正常肿瘤细胞及抗药肿瘤细胞的治疗;

3、系统深入研究了以量子点为代表的纳米材料在分子、细胞、活体层面的毒理学和安全性,从细胞和活体层面分别揭示了纳米材料表面结构和尺寸对其在生物学应用中的重要影响,同时在基因水平解释了差异的来源。

自2008年以来,在Acc Chem Res, J Am Chem Soc, Angew Chem Int Ed, Nano Lett, Adv Mater, Biomaterials, ACS Nano, Anal Chem等国际知名期刊上发表学术论文30余篇,其中多篇论文发表后在短时间内即被大量引用,目前总引用次超过1000次;作为副主编,应国际出版社Springer(全球第一大科技图书出版公司)邀请,撰写了首部关于硅纳米生物技术的英文专著《Silicon Nano-biotechnology》
